Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Violin AI (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of service

Violin AI provides AI-powered violin lessons, practice tools (tuner, metronome, drone, recorder), sheet music playback, progress tracking, and an AI tutor chat. Some features require a paid subscription.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you may use the App only under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

4. Subscription and billing

Premium subscriptions are billed by our payment processor, Paddle, on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are shown in the App before purchase. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or under our Refund Policy. You may cancel anytime through your Paddle customer portal or by contacting us at orderflowprosa@gmail.com.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to: reverse engineering, scraping, uploading harmful content, interfering with other users, or violating any applicable laws.

6. Intellectual property and third-party content

All content, software, and materials in the App are owned by OrderFlow Pro t/a Violin AI or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Violin AI is an independent learning platform. References to well-known teaching methods, exam boards, publishers, or repertoire are for educational context only and do not imply affiliation, endorsement, or licensing by those third parties unless explicitly stated. Users are responsible for ensuring they use licensed sheet music and materials for their own practice.

The AI tutor and audio analysis features process user performance and generate feedback, not original musical compositions. Generated voiceovers are produced through a licensed text-to-speech service and do not use the voice of any identifiable real person without consent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrderFlow Pro t/a Violin AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
